[10gigs] Snowscatter anyone?

Nothing heard here.  Gave up at 1310L.  Tuned and called.  Zilch.  Limited view, can't 
elevated (deck overhang).  Oh,well.

Jon and I were successful but I had to point at Blmngton and up 5 degrees. He said he was 
up tilt 15-20 degrees.

I will head back to garage and be in by 1256.
