[10gigs] RS Opportunities today

Seems like the MPLS & Duluth areas have had TSs around it for many days. There are some storms arriving here this morning and moving east . They seem to extend south far enough to be usefull.. I expect VE3KRP and I will have opportunites to work you guys today
