[10gigs] Siemens TWT - Model RW 289

I have several Siemens TWT's (less PS) that are rated for 10W (30W peak) 
from 5.9 GHz - 7.1 GHz. Really nice & small units with umbilical cord & 
connector. Does anyone know if these can operate (or be made to operate) 
up at 10 GHz?
