NWS Moderate Risk area for most of WI.  Cells may develop in northern MN, grow in strength, and move SE through WI late afternoon & early evening.  Concerns for a derecho event, so WI, batten down the hatches.  Good RS opportunity from MN/VE3 to MI/OH later today.  ZQ
