[10gigs] [10GHz-Up] [Midwest-Microwave] Cell Open to EN34 Area to EN70

[Gedas]

The cell is very healthy and I will continue to call CQ as long as I see 
coverage to ur area. Right now looks like excellent conditions. OK back 
to CQ on .100
