[10gigs] Rain Scatter Opportunities to VE3/4 today

There is an intense system running N/S from West of Fergus Falls to just
over the Candian border.  Tops are just over 50 kft  near the south  end
and it may be usable as the system moves further east so that we  get clear
of the "clutter"
