[10gigs] VA3ECO QRV on 10 GHz from EN29np

I just worked Chris at 99 mi shooting through his living room window ( too
hot to go outside)

He is running 2W and an 18 in dish.  We were on FM and he was about S3 / S8
me.  He will normally run from a high ground location as he has a lot of
obstructions from home.

We were unable to use any of the many thunderstorms  that are unfortunately
not in a good location ( right angle bounce)
