[10gigs] [NLRS] Local tropo now on 10368.1

Probably so, Barry.

Not hearing anything else on the band other than the beacon but it’s very strong tonight.

I first heard some CW open the squelch on .100 but it was gone before I could ID the station.  Big replied that it was probably him or Gary on their regular 10pm sked and that did roughly coincide with when I heard the sigs.

Still, fun to hear some random sigs on the portable rig just sitting on the bench
