[10gigs] [NLRS] VE4MA Copying W0AUS 10 GHz Beacon on Rain Scatter

After successfully working Bill on CW and FM via r/s to the northwest, I tuned up to the beacon frequency but can’t find it at all.  I hope the RX has not gone belly-up!
